Recent Works
This is a truck header tank; the original steel tank had rusted out so we fabricated a complete new tank in aluminium. All the work was completed in house.
We were contacted by a customer in the aerospace / aircraft industry to supply some cooling coils for an industrial autoclave. Autoclaves are used to produce aircraft structural components such as wing and fuselage. They can process a wide variety of materials such as thermoset and thermosplastic based composite aircraft parts with varying contours and complex shapes.
In addition, they are used to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of aircraft structural systems and ensure reliable and consistent processing methods.
We were able to have the coils produced in Australia by our supplier. They were manufactured and delivered in 10 working days.
A customer approached us with a overheating problem on a Isuzu Giga Truck. The issue was that the vehicle was being used for spraying and was set up with a large pump.
Because the truck was operating at high revs and low speed the standard radiator couldn’t cope with the load. We fabricated a complete new radiator assembly with a thicker core and aluminium tanks.
This is just an example of the many types of work we do and solutions we can offer.
